1981 NCAA Championship Game Indiana vs. North Carolina
Ronald Reagan was critically wounded in an assassination attempt earlier in the day, but after much discussion, NCAA officials decided not to postpone the game. North Carolina and coach Dean Smith had already defeated the Hoosiers earlier in the season. Indiana, led by Isiah Thomas, was riding high after winning the Big Ten title and easily beating their previous NCAA tournament foes.
Tar Heels James Worthy, Al Wood and freshman Sam Perkins were no match for Thomas, who scored 19 points and had four steals in the second half alone. Indiana held Carolina to 36% shooting from the field and captured their second national title under coach Bobby Knight, 63-50. DVD features the complete network broadcast without commercial interruption.

1982 NCAA Championship Game
UNC vs. Georgetown
One of the most riveting and legendary games ever played. Michael Jordan helped lead the Tar Heels to a 63-62 victory to claim the national championship. His last-second shot hoisted North Carolina over the Hoyas, who had their own future NBA star in Patrick Ewing. This epic battle is also famous for the errant pass to James Worthy by Georgetown's Fred Brown on their last possession of the game to seal the victory for North Carolina.
Bonus disc: UNC-Houston Final Four game.
1983 NCAA Championship Game
NC State vs. Houston
The Houston Cougars, also known as Phi Slama Jama, took on the North Carolina State Wolfpack in Albuquerque, NM. Houston, led by future Hall of Famer Clyde Drexler and future NBA star Hakeem Olajuwon, had a 31-2 record and was the unanimous number one team in the country. NC State, on the other hand, lost 10 regular-season games but was a team of inspiration and heart. A desperation shot, game-winning dunk, and Coach Valvano racing the floor hugging everyone in sight made NC State's 54-52 win one of the greatest games in the history of college basketball.
