How are orders shipped?
We ship by UPS Ground and by Priority Mail, with smaller packages usually going by Priority Mail.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipments within the United States and to Canada are:

Orders totalling up to $50.00, shipping is $6.00
From $50.01 to 100.00, shipping is $8.00
Orders totalling $100.01 to $150.00, shipping is $10.00
Orders totalling $150.01 or more, shipping is $12.00

What about International Orders?
International orders are shipped by USPS Air Mail. Shipping charges are a flat $15.00 for orders up to $59.99, and $30.00 for orders that are $60.00 or more. If you want to order by phone, call 434-972-7020.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Average delivery time for in-stock merchandise is 4-5 business days.

What about overnight orders?
If you wish to place an overnight order, call 1-888-244-8837. Orders placed before 2 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday will be received the next business day. Add $20.00 to the standard shipping rates.

What is your return policy?
We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, return it to us within 30 days for exchange or refund.

How do I return merchandise?
Include your packing slip and send the merchandise to Baseball Direct, PO Box 7563, Charlottesville, VA 22906. Indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

When is my credit card charged?
When the merchandise is shipped. Backorders are not charged until the items are shipped. There is no additional shipping charge when backorders are shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only on shipments into the state of Virginia, in which case you would be charged 5.0% in sales tax.
