How are orders shipped?
We ship by USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, with smaller packages usually going by USPS Priority Mail.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipments within the United States are based on your order total:
Order total up to $50, shipping is $8.00
From $50 to 100, shipping is $10.00
From $100 to $150, shipping is $12.00
From $150 or more, shipping is $14.00
What about International Orders?
International orders are shipped by USPS Air Mail. Shipping charges are a flat $15.00 for orders up to $50, and $30.00 for orders that are $50 or more. If you want to order by phone, call 434-972-7020.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process in-stock orders within 48 hours. Average delivery time for in-stock merchandise is 4-5 business days. International orders please allow 10 to 14 days.
What about overnight shipping?
If you wish to have your order shipped overnight, call 1-888-244-8837 before 2:00pm during normal business days to arrange.
What is your return policy?
We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, return it to us within 30 days for exchange or refund.
How do I return merchandise?
Include your packing slip and send the merchandise via USPS to Baseball Direct, PO Box 7563, Charlottesville, VA 22906. Indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When is my credit card charged?
When the merchandise is shipped. Backorders are not charged until the items are shipped. There is no additional shipping charge when backorders are shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on shipments into the state of Virginia, in which case you would be charged 5.3% in sales tax. Residents of Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads will be charged an additional local sales tax of .07%, which will be added to your order total.
