Color highlights of the 1962 NFL Championship Game between the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants at frigid Yankee Stadium on Dec. 30, 1962. Green Bay defeats the Giants 16-7 behind linebacker Ray Nitschke and fullback Jim Taylor. Right guard Jerry Kramer, filling in at placekicker for the injured Paul Hornung, kicks three field goals and an extra point. The teams are quarterbacked by Bart Starr and Y.A. Tittle. The Packers are coached by Vince Lombardi while the Giants are led by Allie Sherman.
